Hand wash only. Trail running exposes shoes to mud and minerals that can degrade technical fibers. Allow mud to dry and brush off with a soft brush. Use cold water and mild soap for stains. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this will damage the flexible rock plate and the internal GEL™ structure. Air dry in the shade.
