REFUND DUE TO DAMAGE OR FAULTY ITEM
- If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of your purchase.
- As we are unable to provide a direct exchange, refund is in the form of Store Credit. Store Credit is a form of voucher code that can be used during check out. The store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- Refund will only be processed upon receiving the return goods.
