Meet Abdul Rahim Bin Abdul Raof, aka Bobo
Abdul Rahim Bin Abdul Raof, affectionately known as Bobo, is a 38-year-old strength conditioning coach with the Johor Sports Council. When he’s not coaching athletes, Bobo is hitting the pavement, pursuing his passion for running.
Bobo's Running Journey
Bobo’s journey into running began as a simple quest for fitness. He found running to be one of the most effective ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle, improving cardiovascular fitness, strengthening muscles, and burning calories. Over the years, he has participated in several races, including full marathons, half marathons, and 10km events. His commitment to running is evident in his improving race times, especially his full marathon performance in 2023, where he achieved a personal best of 4:44:13.
