Amalβs running journey is marked by personal achievements and constant improvement. She recently set a new personal best in the Langkawi International Half Marathon with a time of 2:26, a significant improvement from her previous half marathon time of 2:34. In a 5km race, she broke the 30-minute barrier, finishing in 29:44. At the Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon 2023, she shaved off an impressive 12 minutes from her full marathon time, going from 6:37:43 to 6:25:04. Amal has also proven her versatility in trail running, finishing in the top 20 in the women's open category at the JB 10K Trail Ulu Tiram among 185 participants.
